How can you offer a free version?

We control all the technology from end to end. ViteUneTable runs exclusively on servers exclusive to our group, which means that for each new service we launch, we don’t need to buy new servers, and so our costs don’t explode.

Also, the free version of ViteUneTable is software that allows online reservation taking, ideal for accessing this technology. However, this version does not have options that increase our costs, for example, no SMS sending to customers and no email sending either.

To be able to send SMS and emails, you have to go through third-party networks, and these networks have a cost.

In summary, the free version of ViteUneTable relies exclusively on things that we have control of and that ensure our costs don’t skyrocket.

Also, in its first versions, ViteUneTable didn’t have a free version, that was in 2022.

But since then, technology has changed enormously and makes it possible, so why not do it?

But if it’s free, do you take a commission?

No, our economic model is not based on taking commission.

ViteUneTable offers paid options, like the best known and most requested, the "anti no-show" bank imprint.

If you want these features, then a small monthly subscription will be necessary, but even in that case, still no commission.

What do you do with end customer data?

By using ViteUneTable, your customers enter their information when making a reservation, this is your data, not ours, we just host it for you.

Our economic model is not based on exploiting our customers’ customer data.
